Shipping Policy

Toiro no Sake (hereinafter referred to as "our store") has established the following delivery policy in order to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.

1. Regarding delivery companies, our store will deliver products using Yamato Transport.
*We do not accept requests to specify delivery companies.

2. Delivery area: Only available within Japan (overseas delivery is not currently available)

3. Delivery days and shipping timing Normally, we will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed (after your payment is confirmed).
We do not ship on Sundays, during the New Year holidays, or on special holidays.
If a specific shipping estimate is listed on the product page, that will take precedence.

5. Specify a delivery time slot You can choose from the following time slots (please select when ordering).

14:00-16:00
4pm to 6pm
6pm to 8pm
7:00pm - 9:00pm *Depending on traffic conditions, weather and region, we may not be able to accommodate your desired time.

6. Delivery of refrigerated and frozen products Refrigerated products will be delivered by refrigerated delivery service.
If you order refrigerated and room temperature products at the same time, they will be shipped refrigerated as a general rule. In some cases, they may be packed and shipped separately (additional shipping charges may apply).

7. Regarding receiving the product, if the product is returned due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for re-shipment.
If the item is returned after the storage period has expired, your order may be cancelled.
