Refund Policy
Connect Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following refund policy to ensure that our customers can shop with peace of mind. If you have any problems with the product, we will respond promptly.
Article 1 (Conditions for return and exchange)
We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
Damage or soiling during delivery: If the product is damaged during delivery. If the product you received is different from the order: If the product you received is different from the product you ordered. Quality defects: If there is an obvious manufacturing defect (leakage, foreign matter contamination, etc.).
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Article 2 (When returns and exchanges cannot be accepted)
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Returns due to customer reasons (e.g. wrong order, different from what was expected, no longer needed, etc.)
Products that have been opened or used Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago Products that have been damaged or soiled under the customer's care Products that are clearly stated as non-returnable, such as sale or outlet products
Article 3 (Return and exchange procedures)
Advance notice
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support (support@toiropj.jp) within 7 days of receiving the item.
When contacting us, please include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and a photo of the item in question.
Return Procedure
If we approve your return or exchange, please ship the item back to us at the address specified.
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by us if the return is due to our fault (damage, wrong delivery, quality defects, etc.) In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Exchange
If we have the item in stock, we will ship a replacement item after inspecting the returned item.
If the item is out of stock, we will provide a refund.
Article 4 (Refund Method)
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed according to the payment method as follows:
Credit card payments: Refunds will be processed through your card company. It may take up to 10-14 days for the refund to be reflected depending on the processing time of the payment company.
Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)
Once an order has been confirmed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped.
We cannot accept cancellations after an item has already been shipped.
Cancellations for pre-ordered items and special order items are subject to the policy on each product page.
